Really enjoyable stay in a great city Positive: Great location-close to CBD, parkland and lots of eating and bar options. Negative: Didn’t need 2nd bed. Might be better with a few more household items eg towel racks, curtains, music streaming.

Great location Positive: Very central location. Quiet. Kitchen well equipped, with a coffee machine, microwave, stove, and an oven. The place is managed by a company, and they are super responsive, which was great. Wifi was very good. Negative: Problems with cleanliness - the carpets were very dirty; I found some clothes from the previous guests, also a towel behind the washing mashine. The toilet seat wasn't clean either. No blackout curtains, so it was difficult to sleep because of the white nights and street lights. There is also an internal ventillation system (the windows don't open), which is making noise 24/7, and it was really annoying.
